Hollywood has always demanded sacrifice and some actors push that commitment to a whole new extreme. They starve or gain massive weight just to vanish inside a character completely. The results always leave audiences stunned.

The changes in performance extend beyond prosthetics and makeup; actors transform their bodies and obscure their identities, fully embracing the craft to convey compelling narratives and immerse audiences in their storytelling experiences.
